1. Shipping

• Shipping Partners: We ship via reliable courier services with tracking details shared post-dispatch.

• Delivery Time: 5–10 working days across India. Remote locations may take longer.

• Packaging: All items are securely packed to prevent damage in transit.

2. Returns & Replacements

• Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is received damaged.

• To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • A single, uncut video of the unboxing must be provided clearly showing the damage.

  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

• No exchanges or returns will be processed without this video proof.

3. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, cancellations are not possible.
