Refund Policy

At Riflo, we take great care in crafting and packaging your order. Since many of our products are handmade, made-to-order, or created using recycled materials, we follow a transparent and fair refund policy.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only offered in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged or broken

  • The product delivered is incorrect or incomplete

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide a clear, uncut unboxing video showing the damage or issue

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

 
⚠️ Without unboxing video proof, we cannot process a refund or replacement.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or returns in the following cases:

  • You no longer need or like the item

  • Minor color or size variations (due to handmade or recycled nature)

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Orders placed in error or changed after processing has begun

3. Refund Process
Once your claim is approved:

  • A full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement item instead of a refund

4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, production begins and we cannot cancel or refund the order.
5. How to Request a Refund
Please email us at [info@riflostudio.com] with:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • The unboxing video (Google Drive/WeTransfer link if needed)

We’ll get back to you within 48 business hours.
