1. Eligibility

• Wholesale pricing is available to verified retailers, resellers, or bulk buyers.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

• A minimum of 5 pieces per design is required to avail wholesale pricing.

• Orders below the MOQ will be billed at retail prices.

3. Pricing

• Wholesale pricing is exclusive and subject to change without prior notice.

• Prices are quoted in INR and do not include shipping charges or applicable taxes.

4. Samples

• Samples will be billed at full retail price.

• No discounts apply for sample orders.

5. Lead Time & Fulfillment

• Typical production lead time is 7–14 business days, depending on order volume and customization.

• Exact lead times will be confirmed upon order.

6. Payment Terms

• 100% advance payment is required before production begins.

• Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods.

7. Branding & Resale

• Products may be co-branded or white-labeled upon prior agreement.

• Riflo reserves the right to approve resale platforms and brand representation.

8. Damage & Claims

• Claims for damage must follow our standard Shipping & Returns Policy, including unboxing video proof.
